Job summary

KingRecruitingServices in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for outpatient primary care in a concierge-style group. Compensation starts at $200K per year and increases to $350K with a full patient panel.

Work is Monday–Friday with limited call and about 200 patient-facing days per year. You will deliver relationship-based care to 8–10 patients daily, coordinate with a dedicated support team, and participate in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Interest in preventative health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
