Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Primary Care physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) for outpatient practice. Compensation starts at $200K per year and can reach $350K with a full patient panel.

The role includes 8-10 patient visits per day, Monday-Friday outpatient work, limited call, and full support from a multidisciplinary team. Comprehensive benefits and relocation negotiable are offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited US medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8–10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships through prevention, wellness, and education.
