Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our physician-led concierge group.

The position is outpatient-based, Monday–Friday, with limited call and approximately 200 patient-facing days per year. Compensation starts at $200K and rises to $350K with a full patient panel.

You will provide high-quality care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure accurate documentation, and focus on prevention and wellness.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted NC medical license.
• U.S. medical school graduate.
• 3–20 years of primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8–10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by emphasizing prevention, wellness, and education.
