Job summary

United Future in Charlotte, NC seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a concierge, physician-led group. The role is outpatient with 200 patient-facing days per year and collaborative support from a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation starts at $200K per year and grows to $350K with a full patient panel; generous CME, malpractice coverage, and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Interest in preventative health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient primary care.
• See 8–10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, exercise physiology).
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships through prevention and wellness.
• Attend to patient education during visits.
