6 Degrees Search is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a concierge medical group in Charlotte, NC. This outpatient role emphasizes relationship-based care with 8–10 patient visits per day and a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

The compensation starts at $200K per year and can rise to $350K per year once a full patient panel is achieved, with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance negotiable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
