Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a concierge primary care role. You will provide relationship-based outpatient care, see 8–10 patients daily, and collaborate with a dedicated team to support comprehensive wellness and prevention.

The compensation starts at $200K per year and will grow to $350K with a full patient panel. Relocation assistance negotiable and robust CME and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with interest in preventative health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
