Compensation starts at $200K per year and can rise to $350K with a full patient panel; Monday–Friday schedule with limited call and about 200 patient-facing days per year. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with a preventative focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
