Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its concierge medical group in Charlotte, NC. The outpatient role emphasizes relationship-based primary care and a collaborative team in a physician-led setting.

Compensation starts at $200K per year and increases to $350K per year with a full patient panel; the schedule includes 200 patient-facing days per year, with no inpatient demands and ample support to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required.
• A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• See 8-10 patients per day
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team
• Share equal call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit
