Job summary

Top Echelon LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join a physician-led concierge medical group. Outpatient only, Monday–Friday schedule with limited call, aiming for 200 patient-facing days per year.

Compensation starts at $200K per year and will rise to $350K per year once a full patient panel is achieved. Benefits include CME allowance, malpractice coverage, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, HSA, relocation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3–20 years of primary care experience.
• Interest in preventive health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in outpatient setting.
• See 8–10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships through prevention and education.
