LRSolutions, LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) for outpatient work with no inpatient duties. The role offers a path to $200K–$350K per year as patient panels fill, with equal call, and a team-based, concierge-style practice.

You’ll see 8–10 patients daily, collaborate widely, and enjoy generous benefits including CME, malpractice coverage, and relocation assistance.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with interest in preventative health.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships with prevention and education.
