Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a Primary Care Physician to join a physician-led concierge medical group focused on relationship-based, outpatient care. The role emphasizes prevention and wellness with a dedicated support team and collaborative, multidisciplinary care.

Compensation starts at $200K per year and will increase to $350K per year with a full patient panel; 8–10 patient visits daily and limited call. Competitive benefits and relocation support negotiable.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from a US medical school
• Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license
• 3–20 years of dedicated primary care experience
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• See 8-10 patients per day
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team
• Share equal call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit
