Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc in Charlotte, NC seeks a Primary Care Physician to join a physician-led concierge group offering outpatient care with a full patient panel potential. Expect 200 patient-facing days per year and a Monday–Friday schedule with limited call.

Compensation starts at $200K per year and can rise to $350K with a full patient panel, plus benefits and strong administrative support to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
