Top Echelon Software LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a physician-led concierge group focused on preventive, relationship-based care in an outpatient setting.

The role offers Monday-Friday outpatient duties, 200 patient-facing days per year, with 8–10 patient visits daily, and a compensation starting at $200,000 per year rising to $350,000 with a full patient panel. Relocation assistance negotiable and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-subspecialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
