The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Charlotte, NC to join a physician-led concierge group that provides outpatient, relationship-based care. Expect 8–10 patient encounters daily, collaborative support, and equal call responsibilities in a physician-led team.

Compensation begins at $200K per year and can grow to $350K per year with a full patient panel; benefits include CME, malpractice coverage, comprehensive insurance, a 401(k) match, HSA and relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team
• Share equal call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Foster long-term patient relationships with prevention and education
