Job summary

Management Performance Associates in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) for an outpatient role with Monday–Friday hours.

Compensation starts at $200K per year and can grow to $350K per year once a full patient panel is achieved. You will provide relationship-based primary care, see 8–10 patients daily, and work with a dedicated support team and a multidisciplinary group to coordinate care and prevention.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited US medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach focused on prevention and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, exercise physiology experts).
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into visits.
