Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in concierge, hospitality, customer service, front desk, reception or administrative support preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, visitors and vendors in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage the front desk and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Coordinate visitor access and maintain guest registration logs.
• Receive, track, and distribute packages, deliveries, and mail.
• Assist residents and guests with reservations, transportation, local recommendations and special requests.
• Monitor building access and report security concerns or unusual activity.
• Coordinate with property management, maintenance teams, and vendors to address needs.
• Maintain accurate records, service requests, and incident reports.
• Ensure lobby and common areas remain clean, organized and welcoming.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
