Job summary

Forcht Bank Dry Ridge is seeking a Bank Teller (Concierge Banker) to support the assigned Banking Center in delivering happier, high-quality VIP service. You will handle financial transactions in person or by phone, build customer relationships, and assist with day-to-day banking needs from our Dry Ridge location.

The role requires flexibility to work on Saturdays and participate in training sessions in Lexington, KY, with travel to other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to assist customers with financial transactions and cash handling.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
• Willingness to travel to and work across locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintains customer relationships by calling on prospective customers, identifying prospects, establishing suitable methods of contact and determining appropriate products and/or services.
• Perform day to day operations at a level that helps to achieve satisfactory scores on branch audits.
• Refer opportunities to ancillary lines of business.
• Assist customers with financial transactions.
