Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Kentucky is seeking a Regular teller/client service professional to provide accurate, timely processing of client transactions and maintain proper records while delivering superior service that uncovers client needs. You will educate clients on digital banking, support the sales process, follow risk controls, and participate in branch leadership routines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel

Responsibilities

Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation, and handling transactions.
Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
Support team sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
Participate in branch leadership routines and training sessions.
Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
