Job summary

Forcht Bank Teller role supporting an assigned Banking Center with a focus on delivering happy, professional service and achieving branch goals. Responsibilities include handling a variety of financial transactions, assisting customers, and promoting bank products to grow relationships.

The position requires strong customer service, cash handling accuracy, and the ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays. Lexington, KY area travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service while handling transactions and supporting branch goals.
• Ability to promote and cross-sell bank products to customers and referrals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and banking information systems used in daily operations.
• Deal effectively with customers and maintain professional conduct.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships by calling on prospective customers and identifying needs.
• Perform day-to-day operations to achieve satisfactory branch audits.
• Refer opportunities to ancillary lines of business and close transactions.
• Assist customers with financial transactions including cash checks, deposits, and adjustments.
• Explain bank products and services, answering questions and providing demonstrations as needed.
• Pursue opportunities to cross-sell products based on customer needs.
