Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or military service, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and refer to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Support walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge.
