Qualifications

• Basic computer and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactional needs according to guidelines and service standards.
• Maintain daily cash drawer balance and security, and related cash-handling tasks.
• Educate customers on available products and digital solutions (mobile/online/ATM).
• Identify customer needs and refer to bank partners for cross-sell or service opportunities.
• Protect the bank by following procedures and confidentiality guidelines, including regulatory requirements.
• Deliver consistent, distinctive service and adhere to security and risk policies.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
