Qualifications

• 1–2 years in food service management or concessions management.
• Experience in a large venue or multi-purpose setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all food and beverage concessions operations.
• Oversee preparation, presentation, and service during events.
• Monitor staffing and coordinate with event managers for appropriate levels.
• Manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Ensure high level of customer service by all staff.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of concession areas.
• Address special dietary requests or menu modifications.
• Hire, train, and supervise concession staff.
• Create schedules to ensure proper staffing levels.
