Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in public facility management or business.
• CPRP or CPRE certifications are strongly preferred.
• Valid Alabama driver license is required.
• Proven ability to bridge long-term strategy with short-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operating plans for City Walk.
• Lead budgeting and resource allocation with senior leadership.
• Coordinate staffing including security and maintenance for events.
• Ensure safety, quality of service, and fiscal accountability.
• Hire, onboard and train employees and foster accountability.
• Oversee daily schedules and ensure adequate staffing for events.
