Job summary

Hims & Her s in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to supervise compounding lab activities and lead pharmacy technicians, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. You will oversee procedures, verify records, train staff, maintain equipment, and uphold USP / standards, safety, and patient care while supporting CQI initiatives.

Applicants must have a PharmD or B.Pharm, Arizona license, 2+ years of compounding experience, and strong English, with ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Doctorate in Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist License in Arizona.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise compounding personnel and pharmacy technicians.
• Perform and document compounding procedures, QA/QC, and dispensing of compounded meds.
• Verify formula and compounding records, beyond use dates, and finished products.
• Assist in training and evaluation of compounding staff.
• Coordinate calibration, maintenance, and use of compounding equipment.
• Follow safety, USP, BOP, and internal guidelines for compounded medications.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset and proper PPE usage.
• Adhere to USP <795>, <800>, and related pharmacopoeia standards.
