Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an Operations Manager, Compounding to lead a team of lab managers, pharmacy tech leads, and technicians. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient compounding operations, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

This swing shift role oversees day and night shifts, partnering with Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to meet production goals while upholding USP, FDA, OSHA standards and a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in pharmaceutical compounding or related ops.
• 5+ years leading teams in a fast-paced, regulated setting.
• 2+ years implementing OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production schedules for compounded products.
• Lead and supervise lab managers, tech leads, and technicians; provide direction and feedback.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, 5S to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor KPIs on safety, quality, and productivity and report trends.
• Ensure compounding activities comply with USP, FDA, OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
