The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, workflow optimization, and ongoing process improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies, while collaborating with Quality Assurance and Supply Chain to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on pharmaceutical compounding experience in a regulated setting.
• 5+ years leading teams in fast‑paced operations.
• Experience implementing OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily compounding production.
• Lead lab managers, tech leads, and technicians with clear direction.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, 5S to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Track KPIs for safety, quality, and throughput with regular reporting.
• Ensure compliance with USP, FDA, OSHA and other regulations.
