Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for Compounding to lead a high‑performing team. You will direct daily production, optimize workflows, and ensure strict safety and quality adherence across sterile and non‑sterile processes.

This role requires hands‑on leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The position involves swing shifts and oversight of lab managers, pharmacy tech leads, and technicians, with a focus on productivity,

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of hands-on pharmaceutical compounding or related operations experience.
• 5+ years of demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced, regulated setting.
• 2+ years implementing OSHA safety standards and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production schedules for compounded products.
• Lead and supervise lab managers, tech leads, and technicians; drive performance and accountability.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, 5S to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, and productivity; generate regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with USP, FDA, OSHA, and other regulations; drive safety culture.
• Oversee inventory and material handling, including hazardous substances.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve throughput.
• Perform additional duties as required to support operations.
