Hims & Hers is seeking an Operations Manager, Compounding, to lead a team of professionals and oversee daily compounding operations. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, labor management, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on ensuring compliance with USP, FDA, OSHA, and cGMP standards. This swing-shift position supervises day and night lab managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical compounding/manufacturing/fulfillment in a regulated setting.
• 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
• 2+ years implementing OSHA safety standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production schedules for compounded products.
• Lead and supervise lab managers, tech leads, and technicians.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, 5S to improve productivity and reduce waste.
