Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an Operations Manager, Compounding, to lead a team of compounding professionals at the New Albany, OH site. You will manage daily production, optimize workflows, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across USP, FDA and OSHA standards.

This hands-on role requires 5–7+ years in pharma compounding with strong leadership and Lean/Six Sigma expertise. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and maintain a high-performing

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in pharma compounding/manufacturing/fulfillment.
• 5+ years leading teams in regulated settings.
• 2+ years implementing OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily compounding production.
• Lead lab managers, pharmacy tech leads and technicians; drive accountability.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, 5S to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Track KPIs for safety, quality and productivity; report regularly.
• Ensure compliance with USP, FDA, OSHA and other regs.
• Oversee inventory and handling of hazardous/non-hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with QA, QC and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
