Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an Operations Manager, Compounding, to lead the New Albany, Ohio compounding department on-site. You will plan daily production, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.

Key responsibilities include ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, maintaining GMP/ FDA compliance, and coordinating with QA, QC, and Supply Chain to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years hands-on pharmaceutical compounding/fulfillment ops.
• 2+ years leading teams in regulated setting.
• Must be technician certified within 8 months of start date.
• Familiar with USP 795/800, cGMP, FDA, OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production schedules for compounded products.
• Lead and supervise lab managers, pharmacy tech leads, and technicians; drive accountability.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, 5S to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Track KPIs related to safety, quality, and productivity; generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with USP, FDA, OSHA and other regs; train and audit.
• Manage inventory and hazardous/non-hazardous materials handling.
• Collaborate with QA, Quality Control, and Supply Chain to solve ops issues.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
