Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist in Columbus, OH to oversee compounding operations, ensure patient safety, and maintain compliance with USP and FDA guidelines. The role requires dispensing accuracy, staff training, and collaboration with R&D for new formulations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of pharmacist experience, an Ohio license, and strong knowledge of pharmacy laws. This is an on-site role with competitive benefits and daily operations centered in a fast-paced lab

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist License in Ohio.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document compounding procedures and QA/QC checks.
• Train and evaluate compounding personnel.
• Review and approve materials for compounding.
• Oversee equipment and environment for compounding.
