Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Manager, Sterile Operations in Ohio to oversee sterile compounding in the Modular Cleanroom, ensuring USP 797/800 compliance and safe, effective preparations. You will lead training, supervise staff, and coordinate with PIC on quality and regulatory matters.

The role requires a PharmD, active Ohio license, CSPT and 1+ year in a managerial capacity over pharmacists and technicians. Strong knowledge of sterile compounding and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience with sterile compounding exposure.
• Active Pharmacist license in Ohio.
• Willingness to obtain CSPT or CSPT within first year.
• Deep working knowledge of USP 797 and 800 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sterile compounding in modular cleanroom, ensuring compliance with USP 797/800.
• Provide training and supervision to compounding personnel.
• Review materials and approve compounds prior to use.
• Coordinate with PIC on personnel, quality, and regulatory matters.
• Maintain aseptic technique and cleanroom standards.
• Monitor environment and equipment for sterile operations.
