Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, budget, implement and report on compensation policies to attract, retain and engage colleagues. You will work with compensation leadership, HR partners and stakeholders to align market data with business needs.

Responsibilities include reviewing market data for competitive compensation, collaborating with Talent Acquisition on offers, supporting job hierarchies, administering bonus plans and merit practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of compensation experience.
• Broad based compensation experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review market data to ensure compensation is competitive in the relevant market.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to offer attractive compensation packages.
• Support job hierarchies and position them within a hierarchical structure.
• Administer bonus plans aligned with performance goals.
• Support stakeholders in administering merit and other compensation practices.
