The role emphasizes market data review, collaboration with stakeholders, and administration of bonus and merit programs, with strong requirement for Excel and HRIS proficiency.

• Review market data from salary sources to ensure compensation is competitive.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR partners to design attractive compensation packages.
• Support job hierarchies by defining levels and roles within a hierarchical structure.
• Administer bonus plans aligned with performance goals.
• Administer merit and other compensation practices.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems, Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
