Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, budget, implement and report on compensation policies and practices to attract, retain and engage colleagues. You will collaborate with compensation leadership, HR business partners and organizational leadership to align pay programs with business needs using market data.
Primary responsibilities include reviewing market data to ensure competitive compensation, partnering with the Talent Acquisition team on offers,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's level degree required.
- 1 year of compensation experience preferred.
- Broad based Compensation experience preferred.
- Accounting or Finance background acceptable in lieu of comp experience.
- Strong Excel skills and day-to-day use of spreadsheets.
Responsabilités
- Review market data to ensure competitive compensation.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to offer attractive packages.
- Support job hierarchies and pay structures.
- Administer merit and other compensation practices.
- Administer bonus plans and incentives.
- Utilize HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office for data analysis.
