Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree required.
• 1 year of compensation experience.
• Broad based compensation experience preferred.
• Accounting or Finance background acceptable in lieu of compensation experience.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• HRIS/payroll systems knowledge required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review market data from salary sources to ensure competitive compensation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to offer attractive compensation packages.
• Support job hierarchies by defining levels and roles in a hierarchical structure.
• Administer bonus plans aligned with performance goals.
• Support administrators in merit and other compensation practices.
