Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Compensation Analyst who designs, budgets, implements and reports on compensation policies to attract, retain and engage colleagues. You will work with compensation leadership, HR business partners and organizational leadership to align market data with business needs.

Key duties include reviewing market data to drive competitive pay, supporting job hierarchies, administering merit and bonus plans, and partnering with Talent Acquisition to craft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of compensation experience or broad-based compensation experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and HRIS/payroll systems knowledge required.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review market data to ensure competitive compensation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to craft attractive compensation packages.
• Define job levels and hierarchies within the organization.
• Administer bonus plans and merit-based pay.
