Strong Excel and HRIS/payroll experience are essential. A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in compensation are required, with broad compensation expertise preferred.

• Accounting or finance background preferred or in lieu of comp experience.
• Strong Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review market data from salary market sources to ensure compensation is competitive.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights for attractive compensation packages.
• Support job hierarchies by defining levels and roles within a hierarchical structure.
• Administer bonus plans aligned with performance goals.
• Support merit and other compensation practices across stakeholders.
