Sentara Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, budget, implement and report on compensation policies that attract, retain and engage colleagues. You will work with compensation leadership, HR partners and business leaders to align market data with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include market data review, stakeholder collaboration for offers, defining job levels, managing bonus programs, and supporting merit practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of compensation experience or related field.
• Broad based Compensation experience preferred.
• Accounting or Finance background acceptable.
• Strong Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing market data to ensure competitive compensation; analyze large data sets and identify trends.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design attractive compensation packages for candidates.
• Support job hierarchies by defining levels and roles within a matrix structure.
• Administer bonus plans aligned with performance goals and metrics.
• Support merit and other compensation practices across stakeholders.
