Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree.
• 1 year of compensation experience.
• Broad based Compensation experience is preferred.
• Accounting or Finance background can substitute compensation experience.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing market data to ensure competitive compensation based on market sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to offer attractive compensation packages for prospective colleagues.
• Support job hierarchies by defining levels and roles in a hierarchical structure.
• Administer bonus plans aligned with performance goals.
• Administer merit and other compensation practices for stakeholders.
