- 1 year of compensation experience.
- Broad based Compensation experience preferred.
- Accounting or Finance background acceptable in lieu of compensation experience.
- Strong Excel skills.

- Collaborating with stakeholders to offer attractive compensation packages.
- Supporting job hierarchies and defining levels within a structured framework.
- Administering bonus plans aligned with performance goals.
