Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks a Compensation Analyst to design, budget, implement and report on compensation policies. You will work with compensation leadership, HR partners and business stakeholders to align pay with market data and organizational goals.

Responsibilities include market data review, collaborating on attractive packages, defining job hierarchies, managing bonus and merit programs, and leveraging HRIS and Excel to analyze data; 1 year compensation experience preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree required.
• 1 year of compensation experience.
• Broad based Compensation experience preferred.
• Accounting or Finance background acceptable in lieu of comp experience.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review market data to ensure compensation is competitive in the relevant market.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to offer attractive compensation packages.
• Contribute to defining job hierarchies and positioning within a structure.
• Administer bonus plans aligned with performance goals.
• Support merit and other compensation practices across the organization.
