Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of compensation experience required.
• Broad based compensation experience preferred.
• Accounting or finance background acceptable in lieu of compensation experience.
• Strong Excel and HRIS/payroll systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review market data to ensure competitive compensation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR partners on compensation packages.
• Support job hierarchies and hierarchical structuring of roles.
• Administer merit and bonus plans in line with performance goals.
• Utilize HRIS/payroll systems and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
