Job summary

You will analyze market data, collaborate with leadership, and shape job hierarchies and merit practices as part of an integrated compensation strategy.

Strong candidates will have HRIS/payroll system knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and 1+ year of compensation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of compensation experience.
• Broad based compensation experience preferred.
• Accounting or Finance background acceptable in lieu of comp experience.
• Strong Excel skills and HRIS/payroll systems knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to offer attractive compensation packages.
• Provide input on job hierarchies and pay structures.
