You will analyze market data, collaborate with HR business partners, support job hierarchies, and administer bonus and merit programs while leveraging HRIS, Excel, and Microsoft Office to build actionable insights. Bachelor’s degree and 1 year compensation experience required; strong Excel skills are essential.
