You will leverage market data to keep pay competitive, collaborate with HR partners and Talent Acquisition to structure attractive packages, and support job hierarchies and merit programs.

The role emphasizes proficiency in HRIS/payroll and advanced Excel, with a preference for broad-based compensation experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of compensation experience required.
• Broad-based Compensation experience preferred.
• Accounting or Finance background can substitute for comp experience.
• Strong Excel skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Review market data from salary market sources to ensure competitive compensation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to offer attractive compensation packages.
• Support job hierarchies by defining levels and roles within a hierarchy.
• Administer bonus plans aligned with performance goals.
• Administer merit and other compensation practices.
• Utilize HRIS/payroll systems and Excel to manage compensation data.
• Strongly preferred: Broad Based Compensation experience and Virginia Beach area familiarity.
