Sentara Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst in Norfolk, VA to design, budget, implement, and report on compensation policies. You will partner with HR and business leaders to align market data with organizational goals and manage merit and bonus programs.

The role requires strong Excel skills, HRIS/payroll experience, and 1 year of compensation experience. A Bachelor’s degree is required for this full-time position in a dynamic health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year of compensation experience.
• Broad based compensation experience preferred.
• Accounting or finance background acceptable in lieu of comp experience.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review market data from salary sources to ensure competitive compensation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to offer attractive packages.
• Support job hierarchies and define job levels within a structure.
• Administer bonus plans aligned with performance goals.
• Administer merit and other compensation practices.
• Utilize HRIS/payroll systems and MS Office for complex data analyses.
