Sentara Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst in the United States to design, budget, implement, and report on compensation policies that attract, retain, and engage colleagues. You will work with compensation leadership, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition to leverage market data and business needs for competitive packages.

The role emphasizes market analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and merit/bonus administration, with strong emphasis on Excel, HRIS/payroll systems, and MS Office proficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's level degree required.
• 1 year of compensation experience required.
• Broad based Compensation experience preferred.
• Accounting or Finance background acceptable in lieu of compensation experience.
• Strong Excel skills required.
