Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of compensation experience.
• Broad based compensation experience preferred.
• Accounting or Finance background acceptable in lieu of comp experience.
• Strong Excel skills and advanced spreadsheet use.

Responsibilities

• Review market data from salary market sources to ensure competitive compensation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to offer attractive compensation packages.
• Support job hierarchies by defining levels and roles within a hierarchy.
• Administer bonus plans aligned with performance goals.
• Administer merit and other compensation practices.
