Sentara Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, implement, and report on compensation policies that attract and retain colleagues. You will work with compensation leadership, HR business partners, and Talent Acquisition to align market data with business needs in Norfolk, VA and supporting locations.

The role emphasizes market data analysis, collaboration on compensation packages, job hierarchy support, and administration of bonus and merit processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's level degree required.
1 year of compensation experience.
Broad based Compensation experience preferred.
Accounting or Finance background acceptable in lieu of comp experience.
Strong Excel skills expected.

Responsibilities

Review market data from salary sources to ensure competitiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to offer attractive compensation packages.
Support job hierarchies and positioning within a fiscal structure.
